The building includes a living-room with an open-plan kitchen, and 3 bedrooms each of which has it's own shower bathroom.
It was built in the mid 1980-ies as a bungalow, and recently completely renovated and new furnished.
Paths from natural stone run between the 750 olive-trees. They are framed by low rhododendron hedgerows, and lit at nighttime.

Between, there are small ornamental gardens with flowers and other plants which not only suit for decoration, but also keep vermins away from the olive-trees.
Sunbeds and 2 umbrellas are available by the swimming pool, and there is a separate pool for children. A barbecue is also available.
As the 30,000 square meters property has a fence, the olive grove also suits as a playground for children.
